Tabernacle Baptist Church

When the ministry of the Tabernacle Baptist Church of Burlington, NJ, first conceived of building a multipurpose room, they dreamed big. The room was to seat 1,300 people and be used for a variety of activities and events. Most importantly, it would be a place that would reach outside the congregation and into the community. "We said one day, we’re going to be able to build a facility that will bring the kids in off the street and out of the parking lots," explains Chairman of the Building Committee, Eddie Campbell.

The room they envisioned would host a wide array of events: from guest speakers and panel discussions to concerts and basketball games. In nearly every instance, sound would be important. The church needed a sound system that could provide intelligible speech, high-quality music reproduction and simple operation.
