To get the most out of your Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 UC — whether it’s for business use, personal, or both, please check out the quick instructions below to get started.

I’m using my headphones for business only.

Follow these steps if you plan to use your headphones exclusively for meetings on your computer.

1. Remove the headphones, USB cable, and Bose USB Link Bluetooth module from the box.

2. Connect the USB Link to the USB cable.

3. Connect the USB cable to your computer.

4. Press the Power/Bluetooth button on your headphones to power them on. Do not download the Bose Music app.

5. Start your meeting!

I’m using my headphones for business and personal use.

Follow these steps if you plan to use your headphones for meetings on your computer and for phone calls on your mobile device.

Note: If your mobile device receives an incoming call, you’ll hear a notification in the headphones, even if you’re in a meeting on your computer. (You can dismiss the call to continue your meeting.)

1. Remove the headphones, the USB cable, and Bose USB Link Bluetooth module from the box.

2. Connect the USB Link to the USB cable.

3. Connect the USB cable to your computer.

4. Press the Power/Bluetooth button on your headphones to power them on.

Now you can use your headphones for meetings or to listen to music on your computer.

5. Download the Bose Music app from the App Store or Google Play Store to your mobile device.

6. Open the app and follow the instructions shown in the app to connect your headphones to your mobile device.

Now you can use your headphones to listen to music or answer/make calls on your mobile device.

If you don’t want to be interrupted by incoming calls during meetings, switch Bluetooth connectivity OFF on your mobile device.

Follow these steps if you plan to use your headphones to listen to music on your computer and for phone calls on your mobile device.

1. Remove the headphones from the box.

2. Download the Bose Music app from the App Store or Google Play Store to your mobile device.

3. Press the Power/Bluetooth button on your headphones.

4. Open the app and follow the instructions shown in the app to connect your headphones to your mobile device.

Now you can use your headphones to listen to music or answer/make calls on your mobile device!

5. Remove the USB cable and Bose USB Link Bluetooth module from the box.

6. Connect the USB Link to the USB cable.

7. Connect the USB cable to your computer.

Now you can use your headphones to listen to music on your computer but never miss a call on your mobile device! (Your music will be muted for incoming calls.)
