ESP Processors and PowerMatch Amplifiers

ControlSpace EX-1280C conferencing sound processor

In addition to the EX-1280C, ControlSpace® Designer version 5 provides programming and control for many other Bose Professional products. These products benefit from all the new editing and design features in ControlSpace Designer version 5, although they do not include hardware features such as Acoustic Echo Cancellation or Logic processing, and are not able to use the Conference Room Router.

ESP 1RU DSPs

The single-rackspace processors in the ESP line include

ESP-880 with 8 inputs and 8 outputs
ESP-1240 with 12 inputs and 4 outputs
ESP-4120 with 4 inputs and 12 outputs

Each of these devices has

1 ESPLink output for low-latency digital audio output
5 GPI control inputs and GPO control outputs
RS-232 Serial input for system control
A CC-16 wall control input
An expansion slot for an Ethernet or Dante expansion card
An Ethernet port on the front panel

ESP-00 ii

The ESP-00 mark 2 is a 2 rack-space, modular card-based processor supporting up to 32 analog audio channels and up to 64 digital audio channels. Available cards include

Mic/line analog inputs and outputs
Extended Dynamic Range analog input/output cards for up to 111 dB dynamic range
AES digital inputs and outputs
7.1 surround sound
CobraNet up to 16 inputs and 16 outputs
Dante up to 16 inputs and 16 outputs
8-channel ESPLink digital output
GPIO expansion for an additional 8 control inputs and 8 control outputs

PowerMatch

ControlSpace Designer version 5 can program and control the extensive processing in all PowerMatch® amplifiers. USB connectivity is available on all PowerMatch amplifiers and models are also available with Ethernet connectivity. PowerMatch amplifiers are available in 4-channel or 8-channel versions supporting either 250 or 500 watts per channel.

ESP-88

The ControlSpace ESP-88 card-based processor is no longer available for purchase, but existing devices can be programmed and controlled by ControlSpace Designer version 5.
